Indianapolis, Indiana -- December 29, 2012

Kassie and Brian's wedding day was so so beautiful! You can check out their beautiful fall engagement photo session, here:

http://www.jessicadingledy.com/blog/2012/9/kassie-brian---indianapolis-indiana-engagement-photographer

We had the sweetest light snowfall right before their ceremony and thankfully it cleared off for the rest of the day. First shot of the day - bride's arrival.. look how excited she is!

Their rings are beautiful..the snow provided a gorgeous backdrop.

Her dress was p-e-r-f-e-c-t-i-o-n.

Hello, boys!

Oh Kassie, you're gorgeous.

I love these little guys so much! Many flower girls and ring bearers run down the aisle... not these two. They basked in the glory of their very special jobs. Look at those huge smiles. :D

There's always SO much energy and excitement as the bride walks down the aisle, Kassie and Brian's wedding was no exception. Sacred Heart is a phenomenal church. The details and grand-ness (Is that a word? Um, on my blog, yes. it is) are just incredible.

You see?

They did it!

It was cold. I mean, it was COLD. So proud of these guys for rocking it out in the snow for a few shots. Their whole bridal party was amazing. Thanks for being awesome, friends!

First self portrait as a married couple! :)

Arriving at the reception... let the party begin!

There was not a shortage of details,  I assure you.

Cake time. Is is just me or does this cake look like it got snowed on? Oh wait, that's icing.

This next shot is my favorite from the whole day... I just love this moment so much.

Parent dancin' time!

Miscellaneous tomfoolery.

The largest family shot I've taken to date at a wedding!

The bouquet toss. This sequence cracks.me.up.

By special request. Girls drinkin guys under the table.. err. bar.

LOVE!

Family shots and garter toss.

We stepped outside one last time to get a shot and let me assure you, it didn't get any warmer. haha

Congratulations Kassie and Brian! So happy for you both and thankful I was able to capture your special day.

Wishing you happiness always!

Tela and Troy: Indiana Wedding Photographer

Frankton, Indiana -- November 3, 2012

We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love."

Tela and Troy created a wonderful, rustic wedding full of charm at Camp Kikthawenund in Frankton, Indiana. The personal touches and design they poured into their wedding created a truly unique atmosphere and experience for their guests.

Despite the spitting rain and a bit of hail we experienced earlier in the day, it turned out to be such a special occasion, followed by a lively after party at Troy's parents home!

You may remember them from earlier this year at their July engagement session (where they had a mud fight!) after their April session got rained out. We've created so many unique images together - I'm so excited to open their Wedding Gallery!

Tela's dress was so gorgeous - and the style was perfect for her!

Ring Bling on the programs!

Isn't this reception site beautiful? I adore the wood beams!

As a photographer, it's always so wonderful to see the engagement photos displayed at the wedding reception! The Tela & Troy board was front and center as guests entered.

They had so many signs! Handmade signs, I may add. Seriously impressed by their craftsmanship! I really loved the idea for creating a tree for guests to write their names on the leaves. What a wonderful idea for a decorative item for their beautiful home!

Sweet Treat Bar! Enough. Said.

They framed their sweet vows and put them on display ;)

Why yes, every bride needs three pairs of shoes for her wedding day!

Timeline Binder - check! Emergency Kit - check! This girl comes prepared!

Putting on *the* dress! I seriously adore how Troy's sister is looking at Tela here (row 3 below). Melts me.

Lip check... final preparations before portraits!

Is this girl not absolutely stunning?  Seriously. This image kills me. I love.

Troy's turn...  what a handsome husband!

Oh, Tela.

I love this so much.

The girls!

..annnnd the boys!

Everyone together now!

Oh these two. So in love!

One of my favs!

Last check before gettin' married time!

I loved how warm and romantic their venue was. Those light pillars? Eeeeeeppp!

They did it!

Tela's sweet grandmother made their cake. Isn't it beautiful!

(Cake decorating is a hobby that I've tried and failed, repeatedly.) I am so impressed!

Sweet, sweet dances.. :)

love these.

lol.

Congratulations you two!

The After Party was awesome!

Christy+Sean: Fishers, Indiana Wedding Photographer

Fishers, Indiana -- October 27, 2012

There's nothing I love more than a good story.

And there's nothing that tells a story better than photos. Especially a love story... and to keep from having a 3,432 page blog post, I created storyboard images to upload to the blog! Takes a bit more time, so we'll see how it goes.

If you like it better, let me know. I'd love feedback!

I was so excited to capture Christy and Sean's wedding day! They are some seriously niiccccceeeee people. I loved meeting them at their engagement session a few months back, and I knew Christy was seriously working hard to make her day perfect.

Fast forward a couple months and here we are!

Christy had the most gorgeous dress. I've been one lucky girl to have photographed so many gorgeous brides this year. The back! Those details! It's a photographers dream!

Details help tell a story. See that canvas below - that's my image from their engagement session! Christy made strawberry jam as wedding favors, my fav! Loved all of her personal touches.

Ring. Bling.

Cranked up the ISO on this next set - we didn't want to see cars in the parking lot. :)

Simple. Beautiful. Bride.

Meet the girls, they were superfun. And seriously good at keeping Christy from getting too emotional. Great job girls :)

Groomsmen. They had me practically rolling on the ground behind my lens. True story.

Oh, just a little aisle-walkin' going on in this next shot.

By the way, are you kidding me with this look between Christy and her dad? My goodness. Look how much they look alike here!

THEY DID IT!

I lovelovelove the first few minutes after the B&G leave the ceremony area. It's the first time they can really grasp what just happened - as Christy and Sean opted not to see each other before the ceremony. And they say doing the first look ruins the surprise! They would NOT STOP SMILING! It was so contagious. :)

Another thing, Sean here. There's a photo just like this of Christy in a bit.

They.love.each.other.so.much.

Just a little fun in the sun here.

Love these.

Ahh! The gorgeous light! Even though it was super-freezing (especially for the girls!), I'm sososo glad we stepped outside for a few minutes. I love how happy they are. Seriously, no posing here people.

I don't even have any words for these.

I feel so honored that *I* got to be the one to spend the first few minutes of their marriage with these two.

Swoon worthy.

That girl. Her eyes. That light. Sigh.

Do your cheeks hurt from smiling yet?

We tried shooting Christy's bouquet inside, and while they turned out - there is absolutely no substitute for 5 o'clock light.

Loved her colors.

Sean was practically a model by the end of formal portraits :)

One of my FAVORITE parts of a wedding. When the couple makes their grand reappearance for the first time as husband and wife all celebrity-like and so happy. The applause. The cheers. The fist bumps! I. Love.

Let them eat CAKE!

First Dance.

Their DJ - Rob Dean, did a great job with the lighting and song selections.

Bride/Father of the Bride & Groom/Mother of the Groom dances.

Time to party, people!

It's Photo Booth time.

What a fun reception! Everyone was dancing like mad. Then, the worm happened by Michelle. Enough said about that. :)

Ah, the end of our photo journey. Congratulations Sean and Christy, wishing you both a lifetime of happiness. Cheers!

BUT WAIT! There's more!

This girl is beautiful. And sweet. And ridiculously willing to put up with a blistery fall day in a supercute Parisian sundress picked out especially for her photos. Enjoy!

Look at this attitude. :D

Her hair is to die for. I wish I could get mine to do that!

Are you serious? She'll be a heartbreaker.

Isn't she gorgeous? Her modeling skills were ridiculous. Visit her gallery here! Password is her last name. :)

Brittney & Steve: Indianapolis Engagement Photographer

November 14, 2012

Brittney and Steve had their engagement shoot on the most gorgeous October day. The leaves are long gone and daylight savings has fallen back, so it was a fun to edit these and think about that beautiful day. One of the things I love most about photographing engagements is to see all of the potential in my clients - and these two certainly have it. I am so happy for them!

Congratulations Brittney and Steve, wishing you all the best! I hope you enjoy these images we made :)

Pictured above, Puppy the dog. :D

What a sweet couple. I loved their interactions during our session.

This dog, ahem, Puppy is SO photogenic. Yes, I may have had a stick waving around like a crazed woman in a few frames, but overall, Puppy was photogenic. As were these two :) I vote you get a giant canvas of this next one! Loveitsomuch.

One of my favs...

Are you kidding me with this sweetness?!

oh, those eyes. And might I add, Brittney has gorgeous, I mean gorgeous skin.

My fav here. Absolutely. They killed this pose!

Loved this location. Nevermind the fishermen right behind me. :D

Another of my favs. I love the way Steve is looking at Brittney here. Lovelovelove. That is all.

So many more great shots in their gallery! Friends & Family -
